These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of dealflows.net and the free roof inspection and insurance-claim assistance services provided by Houston Roof Claims ("we", "us", "our"). By using our website, submitting a form, chatting with our AI assistant, or receiving calls/texts from us, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our service
Houston Roof Claims provides free roof inspections to homeowners in the Greater Houston, Texas area, and assists eligible homeowners with filing storm-damage insurance claims. Inspections are performed by experienced, fully insured Houston roofing contractors. (Texas does not require state licensing for roofing contractors; we maintain general liability and workers' compensation insurance.) We are not an insurance company and do not provide legal advice.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and the owner (or authorized agent of the owner) of the property you request an inspection for.
3. Communications & SMS program
When you submit a contact form or share your phone number, you agree we may contact you by phone, email, or — only if you explicitly opt in by checking the SMS consent box at dealflows.net/roofing — by text message.
- SMS opt-in is a separate, explicit, unchecked-by-default checkbox on our forms. Consent is not a condition of receiving an inspection.
- Message types: appointment confirmations, inspection scheduling, follow-up about your inspection or claim.
- Frequency: typically 1–4 messages per week.
- Cost: message & data rates may apply.
- Opt out: reply STOP to any text. Reply HELP for help, or call (832) 571-4559.
- Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
4. AI assistant
Some interactions are handled by an AI assistant. A human team member is always available at (832) 571-4559.
5. No guarantee of claim outcome
Free inspections and claim guidance do not guarantee that your insurance carrier will approve a claim or repair.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to submit false information, impersonate another person, scrape our website, or interfere with our systems.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Houston Roof Claims is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim related to these Terms is limited to $100.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes resolved in state or federal courts in Harris County, Texas.
